This page is for organisations that already have an active engagement with SentryWorkforce-maintenance, SLAs, or delivery under contract. It explains how to reach the team for operational support.
Support inbox
Please email support@sentryworkforce.com from your company domain when possible, include your organisation name, a short subject line, and enough context (environment, urgency, error messages or links we are allowed to access). That helps us route your request quickly.
Response times
We triage messages during European business hours. Severity and SLAs are defined in your agreement-if you are unsure what applies, mention your project or contract name in the email. For new business or pre-sales questions, use the Contact page instead so they reach the business inbox.
